LTTA – Short Term Joint Staff Training Event, Madrid, Spain, 14-16 December 2022

From December 14th to 16th, 2022, the “LINKing Seniors to Digital Media Literacy, Democracy and Diversity” project held a successful short-term joint staff training in Madrid, Spain.

Adult educators from Portugal, Italy, Poland, and the host country, Spain, participated in the Learning, Teaching, Training Activity [LTTA]. The training brought together experts from across Europe to further their understanding of digital media literacy, democracy, and diversity.

The learning activities dedicated to the training of the staff of the partner organizations are considered fundamental for the achievement of the objectives of the project and, in particular, the quality of the project result. To create a capacity-building programme to develop digital media literacy and a mindful democratic participation among senior citizens that is aimed to be spread to different EU countries and fields of education, has to be tested and validated in a transnational level.

For partner organizations LTTA was an opportunity to confront perspective, exchange of experience and methodology among partners, reinforcing the network, and increasing organizations’ capacity and educators’ competences.
